【Precautions for registration】
Due to the capacity of the venue, please be advised that the number of attendees for the meeting and the banquet onsite will be limited to 300 people.

There will be 30-50 slots for oral presentation and 100 slots for poster presentation. When all time slots for oral presentations are occupied, you will be assigned to a poster presentation.

Seats in the meeting and oral/poster presentation slots will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. The meeting office will notify you when your seat and/or presentation slot is confirmed.

In-person participants are limited to up to three for cooperative members per unit. Be aware that each participant must register independently.

Registration Types

Two registration types are available for the meeting

Onsite
Onsite content for events taking place May 17-21, 2023, in Otsu, Japan and access to virtual content. The banquet and excursions are optional at an additional cost.

Online
Virtual content gives you access to plenary sessions ONLY. Online participants are not eligible for oral/poster presentation.

There will be no refunds for canceled registrations.
Certificates of attendance will be available to download after the meeting.
