【Precautions for registration】
Due to the capacity of the venue, please be advised that the number of attendees for the meeting and the banquet onsite will be limited to 300 people.

There will be 30-50 slots for oral presentation and 100 slots for poster presentation. When all time slots for oral presentations are occupied, you will be assigned to a poster presentation.

Seats in the meeting and oral/poster presentation slots will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. The meeting office will notify you when your seat and/or presentation slot is confirmed.

In-person participants are limited to up to three for cooperative members per unit. Be aware that each participant must register independently.

【Precautions for Late Breaking Poster submitters】
The application date has been extended until April 3, 2023, for poster presentation slots. Anyone who registers between March 20 and April 3 who wants to present should submit the presentation's title and abstract as a poster presenter because there are no open slots for oral presentations.

Please be aware that once the number of registered individuals hits the maximum number of spaces available, registration will be closed. Also, within a few office days after registration, the society office will contact those who have been assigned a slot to confirm the assignment. Please be sure to routinely check your email.
